The status page exists but is currently sparse — components, regions, and uptime history are being built out. For now, treat the status page as a coming-soon channel; if you are debugging a production issue, also check mailto:help@runatlas.is.

SLA

Atlas Cloud does not currently publish a contractual SLA percentage. For workloads that need a contractual uptime commitment, contact mailto:support@runatlas.is for an enterprise discussion.
